	One of the most advanced NC systems that assures excellent productivity and quality: Newlong Industrial designed the tube making line that can produce every type of tubes, while both productivity and quality are remarkable improved. What was opted for this Multi Purpose Tuber was the latest Numerical Control System. Other Features:
	Thanks to Numerical Control System, it is possible to reduce setup time and the number of waste tubes. Manual adjustments for tube length and its width are no longer necessary, for the NC System self regulates Guide Plate and Paper Roll positions. These positions of Cross Pasting, Perforation and Cutting Knife are automatically fixed in accordance width coordinate values of printing images. Thanks to the Cutting Unit with built-in Change Gears, cutting length can be changed by just rotating the handle. Operator, therefore, no longer needs to lift heavy Change Gears with oil smeared hands. The Rubber Snatch Roller installed in the Cutting Unit Produces no damages onto paper tubes. The production line all the way from E.P.C to Longitudinal Pasting Unit is covered with metal boards on three sides. Anti-dust and noise-alleviating measures are in effect during the production. A wide range of optional equipment is available for the asking. This Multi Purpose Tuber accommodates any type of tubes, if only Customer selects an appropriate combination of optional items.
